State Forty Eight Foundation Welcomes Greg Russo to Board of Directors

February 2, 2026

The State Forty Eight Foundation is proud to welcome Greg Russo, Market President of OneAZ Credit Union, to its Board of Directors.

Russo brings more than two decades of financial services leadership and a strong commitment to community impact. As Market President for OneAZ Credit Union, he oversees statewide leadership of the organization’s retail branch network and virtual banking teams, driving enterprise strategy across operations, production, and member experience to support long-term growth and service for Arizonans.

“Greg brings a rare combination of people-first leadership and strategic vision,” said Sentari Minor, Board President for State Forty Eight Foundation. "Our partnership with OneAZ Credit Union has been incredibly meaningful to the Foundation, and Greg’s passion for empowering people, strengthening communities, and driving sustainable growth makes him a natural fit for our board. We’re excited to work together as we continue expanding our impact across Arizona.”

Reflecting on his new role, Russo said:

“I’m honored to join the State Forty Eight Foundation board at a time when its mission is making such a meaningful impact across Arizona,” said Russo. “The Foundation’s commitment to leadership, education, and community empowerment strongly aligns with my personal values and professional purpose, and I look forward to collaborating with this incredible group of leaders to help expand opportunity and strengthen communities statewide.”

Russo is deeply committed to economic empowerment and community service and actively supports organizations including St. Vincent de Paul, Cancer Support Community Arizona, the Million Dollar Teacher Project, and St. Mary’s Food Bank. He also serves on the board of the Arizona Microcredit Initiative, supporting entrepreneurship and financial inclusion across the state.

As the Foundation looks ahead to 2026, priorities include broadening its geographic reach beyond the Phoenix metro area, deepening engagement with Arizona’s entrepreneurial community, strengthening corporate and philanthropic partnerships, and scaling its signature programs — including the Entrepreneur Speaker Series and annual grant funding initiatives.
