State Forty Eight Foundation Welcomes Jacqueline Keidel Martinez to Board of Directors

The State Forty Eight Foundation is proud to welcome Jacqueline Keidel Martinez, President and Chief Communications Officer of Digital HQ, to its Board of Directors.

Keidel Martinez brings a unique perspective as both a strategic communications leader and entrepreneur, with a deep understanding of what it takes to build something from the ground up. Her work has centered on helping organizations find their voice, strengthen their reputation, and create meaningful connections with the communities they serve.

As President and CCO of Digital HQ, Keidel Martinez leads brand-building initiatives and communications strategies for Fortune 500 companies, global agencies, and leading organizations. Throughout her career, she has guided public relations, social media, and corporate communications efforts for organizations including Mayo Clinic, the United Nations, Arizona Office of Tourism, and Arizona Lottery — helping transform ideas and missions into stories that inspire action.

“As the Foundation continues to grow, it’s increasingly important that we create more opportunities to share the stories of our leaders, our grantees, and the communities we serve,” said Sentari Minor, board president for State Forty Eight Foundation. “Jacqueline’s expertise in communications, reputation-building, and storytelling will be invaluable as we continue elevating our mission, expanding our reach, and creating greater awareness around the incredible work happening across Arizona.”

Prior to Digital HQ, Keidel Martinez led external communications at PetSmart Headquarters, and held executive-level communications roles with some of Arizona’s largest full-service marketing agencies, guiding teams and strategies that strengthened both local and national brands.

“My whole career has been built on one idea: the words have to match the work. State Forty Eight Foundation operates by that same standard,” said Keidel Martinez. “They don't just talk about supporting Arizona entrepreneurs; they show up with real resources, real education, and real community. That alignment between saying and doing is rare, and it’s exactly why I wanted to be part of this board. The entrepreneurs building this state are betting everything on themselves, and they deserve an organization doing the same.”

As the Foundation looks ahead to the second half of 2026, priorities include expanding engagement with Arizona’s entrepreneurial community, strengthening corporate and philanthropic partnerships, and scaling signature programs including the Entrepreneur Speaker Series and annual Entrepreneur Grant Program. The Foundation will also continue building momentum around its signature fundraising events, including the annual Bet On AZ Poker Tournament & Casino Night on July 18.
